Online TCG Store Policies

We are an online TCG store, every purchase that is made will be opened on stream, and anything that is a reverse holo or better will be mailed off to the purchaser. Shipping must be paid before we ship out the cards, and we will hold the bag until shipping is requested by the customer. After any amount of time, the store can ship out the bags without request by the customer. This will only happen if the bag is full, then the customer will need to purchase another bag. Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, all sales are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us by email at info@pocketpackstcg.com. We will do our best to address your concerns!

Shipping Policy

Once a placed order has been opened on stream, as long as the shipping fee is paid, we will ship the cards out to you within 5 business days of the date you request your package to be shipped. You may request shipping live on stream, or from the contact form on the website. You will only need to pay shipping one time per shipment. Once your package has reached the max weight, it will be automatically shipped. You can also request your package to be shipped at any time, and I will ship as soon as possible! If shipping is not paid on your items, we will hold at a length of our discretion. If we do need to ship your items to clear out space, we will reach out to you directly. If you have any modifications to your shipping please reach out to us via our email info@pocketpackstcg.com

Card Shop Policies

The Seller will need to pay the shipping to send to PocketPacks, and PocketPacks reserves the right to have the buyer pay return shipping and to cancel the sale if the card or slab is not in the condition specified by the inquiry form.

The price given via email is subject to the card or slab arriving in the condition specified by the buyer, in the event the product received is not in the condition specified, PocketPacks will give a second offer, and if an agreement cannot be made the item will be returned to the sender at the cost of the customer. PocketPacks is not liable for return shipping for products not matching the inquiry form description.

All items being sent to the shop, must be sent with tracking to confirm receipt by PocketPacks and to protect the seller. All items sent from our shop will be sent with tracking, unless a specific request is made by the buyer through email.

Once the product is received by PocketPacks, and if the condition matches the description, the payment will be made within (5) business days.

All items purchased via the card shop will be added to your Rip & Ship Bag/orders or will be sent separately with separate shipping on the closest Monday to the purchase date.
